Its.... Okay.. ish. It shows definite promise but it has got definite room for improvement. Why not add more things? A button to end the gaame so you can actually get the medal? A rotation/flip tool? Backgrounds?? Just... try and improve it. It has potential, but you need to work on it. A 2 is what I would normally rate it, but this definitely can be improved. Im probabbly rambling or making typing errors by now, but who cares? Just work on it. Please.

This still needs a lot of work. But the concept is nifty.
Back-grounds would be a nice option.
The ability to re-size markings would make the game more versatile.
And more of them, or, infinite loop like in some dress-up games where it seems you have endless supplies of the same items to use.
Maybe in the future it could be combined with a "Make your own Bleach character" game.
I'd study some of the dress-up games out there for inspiration for Implementing your items in-game.
Moreover: aside from functionality, aesthetics play a big part. Everything's just kind of laying all over the screen. Functionality wise the drag and drop works well for this. though if you are a symmetry nerd like me, it can be kind of irking, LOL.
Furthermore, I don't know if it's just me, but your achievement doesn't seem to work.
Speaking of; You could use a "Finished!" button or something to trigger the achievement if it is in fact, not working properly.
The most engaging thing about this game was trying to see how many of the scribbles you presented us with could be fit onto the mask with out them crossing any lines or any other shapes. My I got to 10 and then the music stopped playing and I realized I really didn't care.
Make it so that the stuff dose not go on top of lines or the eye holes. At least then I could put the big X on the mask's brow, that would be kinda cool.
Also as a suggestion, instead of giving us stock masks to work on, maybe you could give us mask pieces that we combine into the mask, like Shinji's hood and Hachigen's plumage. Ichigo's horns are a good start so stick with it.
I don't know if this deserves half a star but it's pretty much the simplest game that I have ever seen on Newgrounds so it deserves 0 stars. However, it did get me thinking about Bleach and on how to make this game better so you get half a star for intrigue.

You need more shapes, and perhaps a few more base mask designs. Also, the option to turn off the music. All in all, it's alright.
