I watched this waiting for the joke. And then it ended without one
The animation was cute, and the art style was alright, but there was no real punchline. It left me sitting there staring at the screen with a blank look on my face like I had through the entire thing.
You've got the art style down, and the voices are alright too. But I think you need to spend more time working out your jokes before committing to drawing the entire flash or you're really only improving your drawing skills, and that's a real waste to any animator.
You should also try to be slightly more open to those who haven't seen any of the series. Some people wouldn't catch those references.
I miss the days when the author of a sub par animation had to kiss ass to their reviewer just to not get blamed. Ok art, ok voice acting, bad colouring, not funny.
