Okay I'm going to give tips to the new people even though this game is pretty old. When you just started NO ONE WILL ATTACK YOU. unless you have an HQ since if you can attack one you get extra turns. BE sure to set your tax rate to 100% and you get A good amount of upgrades going(lvl 7,8,9) no lvl 5 attacking bs. Though the one exception is using the 3 lv 5 barracks and the rest lvl 3 hq spammers. And be sure to get more than one city. Even if you upgrade it like crazy you'll still miss out on imcome. I reccommend around 3,4 or even 5 at max. Though afterwards you may want to sell one or two. oh yeah don't go crazy by upgrading them to lvl 9 one at a time spread the upgrades out. The cities you should try to get to lvl 6 and then start focusing on the others. If you are a researcher do not get a launch site early on. Go and build up a bunchc of cities and slowly upgrade them. then after a few days you can get up a working reasearcher site. These are all the tips i have so don't post little reviews.

this game is awesome but I think a 300 Move Cap is kind of low considering how quick it maxes out, making it 500 would be alot more efficient in my opinion.
