Reviews for "Anaksha Mini Adventures 2"

how do you order the flowers and buy the box wine?

You can pass the driving test backwards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If it says so many things in the beginning, how is it rated T?

Ok... so I'm gonna piggyback on TheTrueFreak's comments and pile on this game some more.

First, the good. It's a mostly glitch-free piece of work with (at times) good dialogue. That's it.

Now the rest. Many of the games events are really arbitrary. It's a simple storyline dragged out by irrelevant missions -- you are heavily (if not solely) banking on the gamer's need for emotional closure to finish this game to carry on, while offering minimal actual enjoyment in the process of it. Hyping up the game as having "850 different solutions" makes the game even more unfulfilling than it already is.

Also, the game feels too manipulative, with too many "product integrations" into the storyline. It feels like the developers' intentions of making this game is to promote a brand -- the character Anna, India, their upcoming line of products, whatever -- rather than ACTUALLY MAKING A FUN GAME. Playing through the game felt more like watching a long, clickable propaganda. And that's not fun.

And the virgo symbols? "Hey, to drag out this game even longer without actually developing any content, let's insert these hidden symbols around the map so all these lowlife gamers will desperately go around the town and find them all like their lives depend on it. In fact, let's make SIXTY of them!!" What does that say about the developpers of the game? Stupidity? Arrogance? I'd say both.

So while this piece of flash deserves a decent score just on the quality of the flash alone, I'm gonna zero-bomb it, as IMO this is really an advertisement disguised as a game, and such hyprocrisy disgusts me.

ArifRocks responds:

I appreciate your comments, but your views regarding the virgo symbols are a little harsh. You can 't label other gamers as 'lowlifes' just because they like treasure hunts. You can't bash their choices just because you don't approve of their play style. The symbols are optional. Chasing them doesn't effect the outcome of the game. Also there's no products being promoted here, so I really don't know where you've got that from.

Look I've made a lot of mistakes with this game and I agree with most people's opinions on here. Yes the gameplay was 'skewed' and needs more logic. Yes the missions appear linear and there's too many coincidences. Yes the dialogue needs a little more work. That's why I put these games here, because I'm not perfect and I want to learn from my errors and adjust my game designs accordingly. At least the other guy's comments were constructive and the feedback was valuable. If you're going to criticize at least be civilized about it and encourage me to learn from my mistakes instead of being arrogant and nasty.

That was so good i was on the front of my chair all the way though im so hopping for a nother one in any time soon i nearly got all the NG awards even found all the virgo as well really nic game love it 5/5 :D
