I thought it was pretty cool =] I do agree if it was longer it would have been friggin epik! But good work =] 150% better than anything ive done xDDD thats for damn sure.

simple answer to the title being no.
You get half a star for effort dude, but really... you should probably devote your time to making a full animation about Vegata getting angry about beingable to do nothing because of his weakness compared to Goku. Make it into a joke, if not a joke make it more epic than a 10 second sprite animation. That is all.
