So here's the lay-down. I really like the concept and the style of your flash. However, some of the sound was inconstant, Yoshi was really loud in some areas and in other parts you couldn't hear the characters at all. I also feel that there could be more emotion in the lines. This will help it feel more natural.

It was decent. The spriting was average, the voicework was average, and the jokes were average.
One thing you should fix is your choice of font for the captions. Because it's so slanted and flowery, it's extremely difficult to read. Swap it out for something a little more plain; whatever font you use for the transition cards will do just fine.
I will admit that this was rather entertaining. a little slow in areas with a few characters a little hard to understand, like the receptionist at the hospital and the Doctor. Jokes also seemed a little few and far between. an interesting concept though to take a Goomba and show his daily routine with Yoshi and Bud. My suggestions would basically only include work a little bit on a bit of the plot and make sure that your characters are understood. Also the Calligraphy subtitles, elegant and not a bad idea, but I would take into consideration the difficulty of reading Calligraphy for many people.
