That was sweet, great animation, great story, great execution! The artwork could be improved, but it's understandable that it is the way it is given circumstances, although it doesn't affect the overall score that much. One remark I have is that the music, although it fit well with the atmosphere, it didn't really reflect that well the environment, I feel there should be more influence from given time and place so that listening to the music, you feel the roman influence.
Nice story, and it's pretty good animation, however you've put a little too much detail into such blobby one coloured characters which makes it easy to point out little mistakes and jitters within the facial and movements of the character animation. Perhaps instead of using an entirely different colour for the wrinkles and stuff you could try shadowing instead to make it blend?
Very good environment, especially since it's done in flash. Good work!

That was beautiful. Amazing music. And while the animation may have not been the best, it surely worked for this piece.
