The first step to making this better would have been to give it backgrounds. The second step would have been dialogues. The third step... well let's just stick to steps 1 and 2 for now.

Where to start? First of all, the length and graphics are apalling. A very poor chioce of rating. You called it E. Meanwhile, there was a penis on the spider man outfit, and the word fap in the description. That does not seem like the kind of thing children should be allowed to see. Quite frankly, this video is not amusing either.
