Reviews for "Typing Defense"

Runs smoothly and decent graphics plus solid animation. What damages it is the concept. More of a "learn to type" tool than an interesting game. fun for about a minute. there is a lack of strategy or incentives that drives good games plus it was a got repetitive fast. not bad music

So, I feel that two stars is appropriate, gameplay is uninspiring and repetetive. I made level 4 in no time without any noticeable increase in difficulty.

Not bad, I thinks its an ok typing game. Graphics are a little weaksauce, but it beats some other typing "games" I've played....and in this one, you get to shoot stuff. Always a good thing.

Not bad, although sometimes when I see the enemy and press the letter, it isn't fully on the screen so it registers as a miss when it should def be a hit.

Reminds me of the old school-oriented games of yesteryear. I could see this being useful for those learning to type, if they resist the urge to look at the keyboard. Apparently, I have a tendency to type "F" when going for "G".

A few things I would note:
-when two of the same letter tanks are on screen it seems to go for the one closest the direction you are already facing rather than the nearest to your tank, which threw me off
-when two close riding tanks come from the top, the letter of the bottom tank is covered and you can't see it until the top tank is shot, which also threw me off a little bit
-also, accuracy has two c's

Other than that, for a simple keyboard aid, it is FREAT!
