The voices sounded bored, the animation was pretty forgettable, and the joke would have been wayyy funnier like 2 or 3 years ago. The lip sync to the fast-scatting was well done, but because of the familiarity of the song, I didn't find this as funny as others might.

This is still a pretty common song on the stereo whenever I go drinking. Love it.
Your graphics are fairly simple, but I like them. As for your animation, though they are a bit choppy, they still work out just fine. Audio is very well done, and the entire movie is quite funny.
