I dont know why everyone is complaining...

Seriously guys? It's called 'Accepting the challenge' to those of you that thought it was too hard you obviously haven't played a difficult defense game.

To those of you who rated a 7 or higher, you get my approval. To those who rated below that... (Except for the guy under me, his reason for his score is legitimate.) You seriously must have not played any other defense game on a hard difficulty level.

Like Alex250 said, I agree that an upgrade system would have been nice... I mean really dude... if donald trump has ALL OF THAT CASH just SITTING THERE, why not just spend some of it on defenses?

Another thing I found odd was the crooks... They are ODDLY organized in this game... Usually its just a small group of them in a van, but COPTERS?! those goons mean serious business... you sure those crooks arent working for some criminal organization?

Anyway this was a pretty interesting game... I found the style defense a little clumsy though, Especially since the jetpack crooks sometimes pop in where the crusher cant catch them... that I found annoying.

Anyway pretty good game, if you make a 2nd one make sure to add an upgrade system and make it "more player friendly" to the list... because all the people that gave this a bad score really need that little extra help sadly...

Love the concept

It's a whole lot of fun, and a pretty unique gameplay idea as far as I know. I especially like the "cash=health" mechanic which is not only an interesting hud, but also a clever satirical jab at the way certain billionaires might view their money. The game looks great, stylistically. The colors draw me in and the music really fits (classical music and chaos is always a good combo, ala Ren and Stimpy). The only thing is that later on the difficulty gets pretty ridiculous.

Frankly, it's a pretty lazy way to make the game more "challenging." Give the player three shockers to worry about, and then just cluster the screen with as many enemies as possible. Sure, if you just keep adding more objects to the game screen, it'll get harder. It'll also be obnoxious and a lot less playable. And this isn't a big thing, but the bosses don't have much to differentiate themselves from one another, besides asthetics and some extra attacks.

Overall though, this is still one of the best games I've played on Newgrounds. Fantastic work.

Fun and Simple

Very fun and interesting for how simple it is, but later on the difficulty is a bit much.
The third boss was basically just taking my money and i couldn't do shit about it.
