It was good.
I like Hetalia and this was a pretty fun animation to watch. The characters where interesting to watch interacting with each other and I diffidently liked America's witty back talk. Reminded me a lot of Deadpool. I do wish to know where the audio came from so I could watch the source material.
Well this was a fun find. :D Gotta watch this movie sometime too, seems entertaining... the backgrounds are kinda basic but the animation's not bad! Also: blue lines don't come across so well against the brown background. Everything else: great! Good fun

How could I really give this a 10?
You didn't write it at all. You stole some audio from something so old it's half filled with static. So all that you really did at all was the animation which was mediocre at best.
You did that stupid chin thing where you severely misplaced it on your characters. It's like they were all sucking the bottom jaws back and moving it as far to the side as they could. It looks terrible and it bugs the hell out of me.
Overall it was okay, but next time write your own script.
Its a nice little series you have here and a funny parody nice animation the art still was good but feel like it could be polished anyways nice film here
