It was pretty well made. it's clear a good bit of effort and hard work went into making this.
That said, come on man, you didn't even mention Egoraptor? Absolutely EVERYTHING about it is a direct rip from Ego. The preloader, the drawing style, the type of humor, the comic timing, the voice acting style...

No, just obvious of his influence on you. the animation style is a fun one and the humor was good. Audio was very good as well.
