Weird.
I feel strangely compelled to give it that one extra star. I don't really know why. The animation was pretty good, and it was pretty funny, but I don't think it was 7/10 funny, just 6/10 funny and I want to give it that 7/10 because I've seen both of the shows and you manage to combine them pretty effectively.
Keeping it brief was a good idea.
I think the most amusing thing about it was the immense contrast between the two shows that you reference.
It's difficult to criticize. I can't find anything particularly -wrong- with it or anywhere you could have added anything. It is what it is.

While the jokes did feel a little forced, they were still pretty funny in delivery. The animation was fluid and made the flash enjoyable.
Overall, this was a fantastic flash!
