Even with the common law stablished in American court, it is set some institutes of the Direct Democracy, just like the french "plebiscite" and the "referendum". Even if the law comes approved, people - as an U.S. population percentage - can collect signatures and send to the Supreme Court. Anyway, they can't just rape our freedom like this.
