Evolution was neat
But you shouldn't have to choose between eating and gaining DNA and killing things. The two should be the same thing, gain DNA when you kill things.

a mix of two games
its like a mix of two games that i have played. the one was about evolving creatures and the other was about deffending a base (and using traps instead of towers) to kill enemys. still a good game.
Great game
I^ve played a couple of similar games to this and must say this one is best. I absolutely fell in love with your artwork and music.
Could do with bigger evolution trees coupled with a little faster evolution.

Poor ripoff-
This is basically a copy of a Berserk Studios game called "Trap Master." There you played a monster in a dungeon in a platformer-style defense, defending a core structure from enemies spawning from multiple different parts of the map. The map was big so you had a minimap to scroll through it. You could choose between a few monster type, and they would eat people. Lastly, there were certain "spots" where you could install turrets or traps. These traps were installed during a separate "trap laying phase."
Need I say more? Except that game had a badass metal soundtrack, great art, and lots of blood. This game is "cute" and has black and white monsters, too many turrets to choose from (I don't feel like having the description of 10 things thrown at me right at the beginning) and the game freezes for a few seconds when you try to eat something.
