LOVE IT!
Have played it like every night since i found it =)
God, do I miss my old NES now.....
Anywho, here are a few secret medals I found:
Duck Hunt = Click on one duck during opening intro.
Headbanger = At level select screen, move selection directly over Abobo in center, then press up/down repeatedly.
Private Party = Before you enter to face the final boss of the first level, go up the ladder on the right. Watch the Mario BDSM session and get medal.
Thriller = On water stage, after mating with Annie the Mermaid (giggity) go all the way back to the left and find the dancing zombies to get medal.
Kill the Messenger = On Zeldabobo stage, kill the guy who says the old man hates beef.
Fire Bad! = On 2nd Contrabobo stage, kill one of the fires on the bridge (takes a LOT of shots, seriously had my finger hurting afterward >__<)
I haven't found anymore secret medals, but if anyone else does, drop me a line and help a guy out. =P
