o m g ! this game is grouse but kinda fun i almost puked playing it -.- .
I PLAYED many horror games but this is the one GAME that touches my HEART..
Mutating alien slug that inherits some of its prey's qualities. EPIC!!! I found the concept of this game to be extremely entertaining and quite unique and it was such a disappointment when it ended so soon. The puzzles weren't too difficult to solve, but did require some thinking and followed logical reasoning, which is so refreshing when dealing with point-and-click games that usually require you to click on every pixel hoping something happens. The artwork and animation was also quite good.
This is one of a small handful of point and click games that I've replayed because I just love the idea. I really hope to see more of "The Visitor". Excellent Job!
The endings need adjustments/ If you (spoiler alert) web, gas, sting, but instead of arm, mouth, mutation, you mouth first, the poison disappears. Further, do you have to web first, no affect in real life, assuming that they discard the web quick enough, which they shouldn't, the web is strong on insects in real life, but not humans I know, but the size increased, making it stronger and stickier. mutation is in need of restriction and increments if you want to turn into a combat (visitor at camp sucked because of to little long run change, but wrong instants)Ex: eat one spider get "web proof" legs, eat two spiders, get the legs and the webbing shooter. Need to make more military "not" involved. After they show up, you have to deal with poison blooded "to the visitor anyway" G.M.O.s (they already have them, It stands for genetically modified organism). Good idea to assimilate ability's,( great leveling system for R.P.G.) but have the change take time( you can't expect D.N.A. to change that fast, and they don't directly influence things, they use many "middle men" to take care of things). Maybe you could use a side menu for management of D.N.A ( click on menu and select spider legs to begin change). Sorry if I am taking time, length, and being mean(not intended) but please look at this.
