It brings you 1 kill away from your player leveling up, not the gun. Neon, I agree with you, I got it but nothing happened.

Damn I had searched for this a lot. I remember loving it so much when I was little and I finally found it. The upgrades on the items make everything. 10/10. Also some love towards Kongregate for having the search system, without them I would had lost this game.
