I really liked it but...
... I've had to start over like three times because my save game won't keep. Boo to that. Other than that, I echo everyone else in that it's a fun game, but could really use some more challenges.

I think you really need to fix the save problem. Very good game, but that problem is a really big issue.
It's hard to make money on this.
I enjoyed many aspects of the game, such as the money and time management, but what was the deal with having to build over 7 elevator shafts? Isn't that a bit excessive, just for the sake of improving my hotel's "reputation?"
the hell is wrong with these people....literally half the width of my entire hotel is nothing but elevators at this point and still they bitch about wanting more. i just barely managed to pull off a win because 37 people decided to talk shit about a lack of elevators right when i was entering the keep rating for a month period for 5 star hotel.
