I think you really need to fix the save problem. Very good game, but that problem is a really big issue.

I really liked it but...
... I've had to start over like three times because my save game won't keep. Boo to that. Other than that, I echo everyone else in that it's a fun game, but could really use some more challenges.

I had a lot of fun building my bahemoth of a hotel. I stopped playing when people demanded suits because my hotel was nothing but solid presidential suits I don't cater to the riff raff but if they insist, I will go out of business.

This was really fun. Too Easy though. Not enough challenges are ways to loose. Health inspectors with fines or something to make it more intersting.
People with elevator problems.
Don't make one shaft go all the wal to the top. That means one lift has 50 floors. Make the shaft 15 or something and then begin a new shaft next to it. Might not look as appealing but for what is essentially one shaft it will have several elevators at work. Easy.
