Go idea but . . . .
Joke was flat delivery, not a good enough. I let you slide on the voice becuase twilight is probably one of the hardest ponies to do.
Simplistic but good idea, try again another time and might be inclined to give you a higher score.
Sidenote : Try a little bit longer and if you add Luna, Spike or Derby hooves then I Would give you a 10.
Could've been a hell of a lot worse for a first stab at animation I would say. More attention to detail might be good. I noticed the writing stayed suspended in the air after she dropped the letter, but that might have been intentionally done for humor and I might be a dumbass.

And somehow the written text is litteraly flying up!
