Good Game
I actually find this game really entertaining (I hope I don't sound too suprised). Didn't seem to have any problems with the controls, although did encounter a few minor bugs; such as a box glitching out, leaving me unable to get by, or having to talk an animal twice for them to respond correctly which may have confused some. Overall, very good looking game to play.
Okami meets Mario
I agree that this game could do with a lot of polish regarding collision detection and movement control but I think the implementation is fairly novel and has a lot of potential. I especially enjoyed the way that the background gained colour as well as the platforms, and the way that the mini-quests had to be completed over different levels instead of within each level.
