Reminds me of this one time...
It was kinda boring and slow-paced, not even any spliffs smoked in the whole movie, 'cept a crappy bit at the end. Using Cecil for Cid was not a good idea, IMHO. Maybe more action next time, or a better/fuller story I.E: The sue of the Atmoic Bong...

Don't mix Pot and FF together....
It wasn't that funny, plus I don't like movies that parody games that use heavy cursing and drugs. It's just trashy.
Plus, that's not Cid, that was Cecil. Get it right next time.

Crap.
It doesn't matter what you see in your own movie on newgrounds. You get scored on what OTHER people think. In my opinion this didn't make the cut, here's my advice: don't make crap.
