Good animation, but...
But you lose two points for the anti-religious message. Being religious, I disagree with the idea that religion should not be a part of human knowledge. The theory of everything shouldn't just be "how the universe works" but should also include "where it came from". If the answer to that ends up being that the universe was created by God, then it should be included. Furthermore, religion is a part of history. History is important. It shows us where we have gone, why we went there, and where we're going (and why).
There was definitely a place for that cross in the puzzle, but probably not where that guy thought it would go. Though I bet there'd be a cross drawn on the piece that actually went in the "theory of everything" spot.
