Lotta potential

This isn't bad. I've definitely seen worse flashes. Obviously everyone's commented on the art, so I won't go there. My suggestion would be either to hire some voice actors or just use in game sounds. I mean, usually one guy doing 90% of the voices doesn't work unless you're a HIGHLY talented voice actor with lots of experience, or you're the creators of South Park.

And for the record, the writing is pretty good. Some of the visual jokes were funny (like the sudden shot of the demoman passed out on his desk), but some characters I think were a little OOC. I mean, when in doubt just remember that the vast majority of them are insane. The Soldier especially. He just seemed too functional.

Also, in regards to what someone said below, when in doubt: Just because something is MEANT to be annoying, doesn't mean it's any less pleasant to watch.

Now THIS is the review that I've been looking for. It pretty much sums up everything perfectly, and even what I think of it, as well. I notice what I kinda did wrong, so hopefully I can use all of this for my next movie I'm making so I don't bore all of you.

Very.... Subpar?

I'm going to be blunt with you, I was not a fan of this flash. Unlike some people however, I will actually go into detail on what i liked and didn't like. The animation was not very good but not terrible. It, along with the art itself, was very sloppy and basic. The voice acting was a hit and a miss. The principal's (or whatever he was) voice was absolutely HORRIBLE and the person who voiced the characters with accents sounded like he couldn't decide if he was actually going to do an accent or not. The actual quality of sound wasn't very good and I disliked how you arbitrarily used actual audio from the game and your own. However, I thought that the narrator, engineer, and soldier did a decent job compared to the others. Now on the subject of humor, I was not really impressed. I found few of the jokes like the Pyro teaching an English class "amusing" but that's about it. It may have been in part due to the strange concept of the flash itself, which in my opinion could have been handled a bit better.

Well thanks for at least going into detail. I voiced most of them, yes, the principal included, but at least I voiced some characters you thought were good, such as the narrator and the Soldier. I guess my voice acting skills ARE hit-and-miss...

One time I made a Flash with TF2 characters and such, and everyone whined about how the characters' voices were NOT provided from the game, but instead from other people. But now I get someone saying that he DOESN'T like how some voices are from the game. I guess you really just can't please everyone, I suppose.

Regarding the weird principal guy, though, his voice was supposed to be incredibly annoying... I can't exactly tell if everyone hated his voice because it was poorly-acted or if it WAS annoying.

This is the reasons:
1) Not so good humor :)
2) The animation is not so good. I think you already know that, but I can't give you a good score.
3) Sooo many tweeeeens o.0
4) The lines around their heads is too big.
5) Sometimes you use real backgrounds, and sometimes not... chose!

Motion tweens are a lot easier to use than constantly redrawing everything... I started using them a ton when I got tired of making it after 4 months. I sometimes use pictures for backgrounds because it's difficult drawing desks and putting them all on separate layers, along with drawing people BEHIND the desks. The drawing is a style. No one really has a right to complain about the drawings too much, maybe the animation, but for drawings, some people just draw certain ways.
