The hell was that!!
The animations were crappy, the humour was stale and the backgrounds were all bad quality.
Except for the voice quality, evrything seemed trashy!
U shud practice some more!

Had the BG's with higher res but some reason it was sucking up a lot of memory something like 32mbs. So I had to give in and compress the BGs so it wasn't huge. Still they do seem bad. Think I might of used to much black.

I can see that you putted some effort in this however you relyed your humour too much on overexpressive faces and expect people to laugh at them.
personally I think the overexpressed faces idea is really unoriginal...
Needs work
Now, I am not a big fan of the Mega Man series so there could have easily been jokes or references that went over my head, but I was unable to experience any sort of amusement out of watching this flash. The animation was choppy and generally poorly drawn, the voices weren't anything special either. I'm not writing this to discourage you, I would very much like to see you improve in the future.
