Mostly good
The main thing I didn't like about this was the end. It just seemed a bit pointless and didn't lead to a funny final punchline. I still enjoyed this for the most part, because this is something that simply everyone can associate with. Well, all the male people at least. I have no clue if women in the bathrooms have this problem. From the title, I thought it was going to be about a guy looking at a woman's breasts.
The voices are decent and they fit the scenarios well. If I was going to the bathroom that quickly, I would wonder what it was I drank too. The artwork wasn't bad, it could just use a bit more detail. It seems like it's been awhile since I've seen a flash from you, KupaMan. It was nice to have a lot of music in for something mundane.

Your in a public bathroom with ten urinals and your all the way on one end when some stranger walks in and he decides to use the one right next to you. When you look out the corner of your eye hes staring right at "you". Women are lucky not to experience what we men have to go through. If they did, there would be a lot more sexual harassment lawsuits.
On another note the final scene hits home with me. Some new guy at work loves to put his foot on a chair when hes talking and its slides just like it does in the video. Priceless...
