The title of this flash is called do your balls hang low? It's got a freaking picture of some smiling testicles, so you know what to expect. A flash about balls...duh.... You gotta rate this for what it's being. It's a flash about balls being hung low, parody of the whole do you ___________ hang low.... So in the context, it's a 10... I don't know what you were expecting it to be? You think it's gay, some dude walking around with his ball, ok fine I'll give you that... but what did you expect when you clicked it.. People need to seriously start paying attention to the ratings and titles of videos. You're just wasting my time reading your dumb comments and confusing the creator, he made a fine flash..
