Reviews for "Aurora 2"

Decent Game

It is definitely a well developed game and graphically it is appealing. But I was really hoping for something a little more innovative as far as point and clicks are concerned. There was a great opportunity here to do that, especially with the type of set up of how this game started. Great effort, but the result was okay.

Ummm......

I experienced a very odd glitch when i fired up the game first time.....basically, what happened was....i started the game, and every single screen of the game flew past, then stopped randomly, then flew past again, and this cycle continued for a minute.....then the game was over....basically, i finished the game in under a minute.....ummm....Has anyone else experienced this? Apart from that, excellent game, very eerie atmosphere and good puzzles

cool

kinda reminds me of Hotel Dusk Room 215 for some reason! :)

lol

I was listening to Tool while playing this which made it eerie

Was wondering when this'll come about.

I enjoyed the first game, and this while continuing the story, didn't really feel as good as the first to me.

Linear - Well I liked the first one as you could explore the mysterious town somewhat and try and discover whatever was in it. This one was just going on a set path. I could understand this one at least, all for forwarding the story.

No description - This was a particular problem. Well there was just no clue about using a lockpick to open the door, or even bribe the old woman. It would've been nice if there was a "The door was locked" or "she's hiding something, maybe if I convinced her with something". And a bit of my fault, but I was thinking there would've been finding some oil for the lamp since it was discarded and all, and not simply just using the matches on it.

In all it is a decent game, hope for the 3rd game to further on the story of Aurora.
