I suspect the author might have used Poser
The GFx look like they might have been created in poser but there are a bunch of others can do the same kinda animation, thought poser stands out the most for chracter animations.

how in the world did you do that? that was extremely good graphics compared to other things i've seen and did you draw all that or did you use a 3d animator or something?
Nice animation, but no plot.
I like the fact that you're going with a different kind and better quality of animation than most, but if you're making a series at least end each after something has happened. I don't know if I'd even watch the next because the first showed nothing but some good animation with no point.
