I liked the blending of imagery, the twisted man in the realistic setting. Great voice acting, very good story. I'm also happy with the way you used Boards of Canada. Did you have to get permission from them to use their music? I'm assuming you did, considering this piece was for a university project.

Pretty well done. Cept I think the Ice Cream Man is innocent, and didn't deserve the axing that he got XD

You should add a replay button so it won't just keep looping. Awesome animation though.
