Reviews for "SS - Human History 5"

loved it

im loving Spirit Science keep them coming

Fantastic

The Spirit Science series is a great culmination of scientific theories and spiritual beliefs. I have personally been exposed to fragments of the information you have covered, since I was very young, and it's so great to see it at being put together in a way that makes perfect sense to a layman and merges harmoniously together with teachings and information provided in other sources. Watching these videos is a great way to gain an understanding if information that would otherwise take years to research and understand.

Even if you don't choose to believe the information being offered here, Spirit Science is a great way to experience another point of view and spiritual belief system, and an extensive and unconfusing look into individuals would choose to follow these beliefs.

It's a great series and thank you for your time and effort.

TIS GLORIOUS!

I've pretty much watched all the Spirit and Science Flashes you've done and I gotta say, I'm impressed and you've changed my perspectives pretty damn well when it comes to mainly human history and about religion. Bravo! 10/10!

Sort of... tripped over itself, I guess

Honestly, I was starting to believe some of this, especially the stuff about Atlantis. It seemed to make some sense... but then this. Mary and Joseph immortal? No. They were also not Egyptian, they were Jews, descendants of King David, of Abraham, even of Adam. Joseph's hometown was Bethlehem even. It also makes even less sense when you consider that Akhenaten's reign was about 3300 years ago- a good 1300 years before either of them were alive.

And Jesus? Mary was a virgin in all aspects. When Joseph discovered she was pregnant, he was going to break off the engagement (quietly, though; he probably didn't want to make a scene and embarrass her since he still loved her). The only reason he didn't was because an angel told him what was going on.

Science has observed "virgin births" in various animal species, particularly reptiles. This process is called "parthenogenesis". It's much more likely that the Holy Spirit initiated parthenogenesis within Mary so as to allow the Son to be born into the world.

And as far as Jesus' missing childhood is concerned, it's doubtful that he went to the East. He was raised a carpenter. Having that job pretty much all his life gave him the physical strength to withstand much of the torture that he went through before his death.

There are also holes regarding Akhenaten himself. The guy didn't come out of nowhere; he was the son of Amenhotep III. And his appearance? It's likely that he suffered from Marfan's syndrome. And the statues and pictures? Leading theories say that he probably had that done to distance himself from the people.

It was still pretty good, just not as good as most of the other episodes.

Good story, open to interpretation

Well, here we are! The "end" of the Human History epic! I have to say, I've enjoyed it quite thoroughly as a theory/story. While I don't buy into all of it (reasonably enough) I like what you are doing here. For all the raging critics that this sort of thing stirs up (spoiler: TehDDC is a martian descendant (that's a joke just so it's absolutely clear)) I believe that this is done pretty well, considering how biased most of the population is to spiritualism and/or science. Really, the best part of this series is the fact that most "critics" are so against: the controversy. Regardless of the reaction of any given individual, this series inspires a sort of thoughtstorm that makes people just a little bit wiser!
So yeah, in the end, I'm doing as Jordan has recommended, taking everything with a grain of salt, contemplating the content while I sit back and watch the haters, trolls, believers, and adherents twirl about in a frenzied dance of inspiring positivity. To me this is what the series is all about.
