Wow... Quite a surprise there...
Though of you as more of a one-shot movie kind of person but with so much development into this little clip I can really tell the time that went into this...
Simply, everything is very well made. The character's have obviously been very well though out, given powers that the mere mind could not possibly come up with, and the world seems to have a similar notion to it (though I can't be sure). The music fits rather well and the voice acting isn't too bad itself.
I'll say the only major problem is that there isn't much explanation to how this entire... event came out, along with the world and its colorful array of chars. Its less of "I want to watch it because I cant wait to know what happens next" and more of "I want to watch it because I don't know whats happening..." it still works though, but it leaves the story rather vague and diminishes its staying power. Props for the determination and the unique art style + animation, and hope you go far.
