Reviews for "Bob's Busy Boxing Biz"

Some people...

may not have liked it but I did, it had a different type of game play that most other, if not all, games. I didn't have a problem with seeing the different items icons. overall it was a good game, the level one tutorial was a little quick and left a few things out like rotating the boxes freaked me out the first time -1, and the music did drive me crazy after a while -1. My suggestions and two or three other tracks, if not more, and and a complete tutorial either in-game or as a selection in the menu.

Confusing.

Although you have listed what all the things are, it's very confusing exactly how to go about things. A basic tutorial level would have been a very, VERY good idea. It took me quite some time to figure out the correct order to go about things, as well as the different ways to put things in places. It would have actually been easier if there was only one way. The game feels awkward.

Then, even after getting the hang of it, it's a bit boring to put it bluntly. It's tedious, and you don't get a lot back from it, or at least not enough to keep me wanting to play. All the confusion from the start doesn't exactly make it easier, as when you do figure out how to play it doesn't feel like it was worth all the hassle.

There's a lot to read in the Author Comments to try and figure out how to play the game, and even then it isn't clear. It would have helped if you'd ordered things the way you need to go about them in the game, really.

Basically, a lot of confusion and hassle that could have all been avoided if you'd just made a tutorial. Really, it would have been that simple.

Sadly, I don't think I'll be coming back for another go.

Confused

Right now this is a 7 mainly because I have no earthly idea what is wrong. Between the inability to figure out what mistake I am making to lose money by making an "incorrect order" and the poor instructions
(Your best bet would be some sort of animated tutorial, hint hint)
I don't know if the items have to go in the box in a specific order to be a correct order, or if I chose the wrong box, but I would love to know how after a certain point I did nothing but lose money, which is ultimately frustrating.
The gameplay itself is solid and fun enough, but only if I can know what mistake I am making to correct it and continue playing.

it's like a nightmare

day 14 I made 2 completely filled 3x3x3 boxes and all were at least with 5 mystic boxes >:[
I'm going to look on the real shop if there are really these damn boxes!
Additional the music made me so crazy I had to turn it off!
But actually the game was fun /until the mystic box came...

Learning Curve Too Steep for Casual Gamers

Too cumbersome. Too much all at once, just thrown into the action with that clock
counting down as you just try to figure out the controls, which are not very intuitive.

It's a decent concept which was not implemented gracefully.
