Clearly I am doing something wrong, but the game seems to be stuck in a pause situation. I am just at the beginning, found the name of the art school, and who the paint was sold to, and then....nothing. No new location to go to. No new assignment to do. No new evidence to find. I don't know if this is a glitch or I am doing something wrong. But there is no help feature and very little explanaiton, making this one of the stupidest games I have ever played.

Sorry I cannot give you a 5 like another of your games. There were way too many realistic inconsistencies. I won't list them so as not to spoil the game for others. It is safe to say that a quality detective would not have committed several criminal acts and performed reckless behavior.
Hopefully, I don't discourage folks from enjoying the game, as you are definitely a very good game designer, especially of this genre.
It's mad annoying because if you don't go in a very specific order the game glitches and you're stuck. You should have more mobility in games. There isn't just one way to play. I had to restart multiple times..

It's a pretty great game, but I encountered a bug. I managed to skip getting painting #2 while examining the crime scene, so I couldn't complete the game since I couldn't link the paintings. I checked the walkthrough when I got stuck to find the exact spot (since it was weird that "Painting #1" and "Painting #3" were there but not #2), but it had disappeared by that point....
