It really wasn't anything of a game. The game mechanics consisted of me holding down the right button. Also, cheesy clichés and dramatic music does not automatically make this a piece of art, even though its obvious that's the direction you went for. All in all nothing special.
It's touching yes, but this is so cliche. And, based on the "heaven - hell" thing, someone who commits suicide would be burning in hell...
Certainly a touching story, but one needs to consider the consequences of this. Most stories regarding the loss of a loved one bring about the suggestion of the departed not wanting the remaining to kill themselves - the whole "live the life they couldn't" thing. I'm not saying it's traditional nor expected - in fact, in a sense, it's almost a relief to see someone break the mould - although, that being said, I can't say I approved of the end. At the least, in my opinion, you should have a choice of whether or not he jumps. If he doesn't, he could try and live on alone or try and find someone else to love. Nonetheless, a wonderful piece of art in my opinion. Now, if you'll forgive me, it's about quarter past five in the morning and I'd love to get some sleep.
though it wasn't really a game, but more of a story, wrapped up in a game-like manner, I think it's very good, even though I have the luck never to have experienced something like this (though I have felt other pains in my life), I can get an idea of what one in such a situation might feel, which I think can only be, if good thought has been put into it
however, I think this can be quite shocking to young viewers, and it may cause people who are in a similar situation to actually commit suicide, so I'd want to ask you to put at least a warning in
other than that I cannot say much about it, 4.5 stars, only because I really think it needs a warning, as the content is a pretty controversial topic, people don't like to discuss it, and people who are emotionally unstable might do wrong things because of this, I hope you can see my point of view, you're a great artist!
