Reviews for "Xperiments of Dr Cerebrum"

Such an amazing film. I canĀ“t think in any words to describe it entirely. But I can say thank you for doing such a great work, those 8 months were worth the hardwok. The mixture of love and sadness, with the evil touch from the antagonist makes it really valuable. And lets not forget the music, very well made and fitting. You two guys make a great team.
Keep up the hard work, and keep doing projects with more deepnes than just parody or music videos (nothing against them, I love them to, but I prefer this kinda very well-made projects).
Thanks again, best to the both of you.

ClockworkPixel responds:

cheers :D i'm hoping to do a halloween toon in the same style, i hope zips up for it

A very cerebral animation.

Realistically, stories shouldn't always have happy endings. However, they often do. It's quite refreshing to find an animation to delivers both in plot and in video. Not to mention the creepy music, which only added to the experience. I'm glad you made this, and I'm very glad I watched it.

ClockworkPixel responds:

thanks alot :) i had a happy ending in mind but come on their brains what they going to do spend the rest of their lifes lying on the grass? haha

this is sad and kinda not sad

the first one dies and then the second ones mourning and then that one dies its sad

ClockworkPixel responds:

yeah it is kinda sad :(

Marvelous.

At first glance, this flash seemed to be dull and bland but nothing could be farther from the truth. The brilliant blend of the story and music made the experience more intense and drew me right in. I haven't seen a flash of this caliber in some time and I really loved the animation approach! The story being told was compelling and dramatic and how the viewer came to know how the two people ended up in the lab. In summation, you and your musical associate really hit a working relationship that blends together to make an in-depth and compelling animation. Bravo!

ClockworkPixel responds:

Wow thank you so much! I loving hearing the different ways this flash has touched people

Going Strong.

Though I do hope at some point you get that other Xmas horror out soon. I really like how you went with the art on this one, traditional black and white with a little color.

Also liked the tortured souls stories as well. Ranging from a disfigured man and an overweight woman who their society deemed as "Unclean". Pisses me right the hell off when people make that judgement among others.

ClockworkPixel responds:

I know what you mean it makes me so angry, thanks ps i'm hoping to get it done this year
