Reviews for "Them or Us"

Now this is what I like to hear, the lyrics and vocals are fucking phenomenal man. Much better than Beast Within, I like growling vocals but not when there should be melodic vocals. This has the screams and the melodies and it works very well. I can actually pick out the lyrics without reading them, haha. I hope you keep working with this singer man, he really fits your style well. As always, the music is top notch, awesome work guys!

If someone says: "American rockstar", then this song explains everything.

Metaljonus responds:

LOL Thanks!

I don't have to say it, but I think I will anyway.

reading the lyrics, I think it's clear what this song is about: Political Disintegration or something like that. It shows us just how bad society has gotten nowadays, and this song is CLEARLY a message to all governments that power corrupts, but most wouldn't give half a damn. Personally, I think this is a clear warning that this lawless violence that the government is getting away with needs to stop.

Everyone knows that Congress sucks, and the Feds have too much power. The whole idea of controlling the Federal Government's power was the whole point to begin with. I think you sum up how things work very well, and it's frighteningly accurate. I encourage you to send out this song as a message to ALL forms of government, not just the American government.

Yes, I do look into lyrics quite seriously when they have meaning, but ya know, it's just a song to most of us. But to me, it's a message, a clear warning, as I have already said twice in this review. I don't usually get political, but this song opened up that side of me. To be fair, I prefer a government that is fair and just, not cruel and overpowered.

I know FakeFlakes already stated the obvious in short terms, but I like to take things a step further, as you can probably guess. Let's be honest: Who DOESN'T hate the government, right?

Keep up this kind of work, man. We need more messages like this.
