There is no backstory. There is no in-joke. The entire premise is based on a lack of punctuation.
Not enough to carry a good flash, but it's short and managed to get a quick chuckle out of me. Otherwise good quality.

Due to my lack of knowing this 'Luis' I probably did not get the full joke. However, I get the basis of this video and that's why I'm still giving it a pretty high score. Taking some bad grammar seriously and all that good shit. Why do you have a monkey tail? I tried to pay attention to the video but all I saw was your tail wipping around. Why are you a monkey?
