A good effort, but not very funny.
I liked the references you had in the movie - the goomba versus koopa troopa was pretty funny. Overall the humour felt forced and generally wasn't funny - how long will it take for people to realise "that's what she said" just isn't funny. I'm sure if you tried harder you could write something funnier because there is some hints at good things in this movie.
With respect I think the comedy achieved was meant to be ridiculous and absurd given the context. But most those jokes are dependent on your tastes, but I tend to improve regardless.

Poor. Boring.
Positives: Animation was good, and the Pokemon voices were done pretty well I felt.
The humor is boring and terrible. It makes it hard to watch and can be down right cringe inducing at times. Some of it seems slapped in there. Actually all of it seems slapped in there. There is no flow, and all of it is just a garbled mess of bad jokes.
The voice acting is awful. Every line sounds forced and is delivered poorly. This is the worst offender. Even bad material can be made funny if delivered correctly, but that certainly wasn't the case here.
The idea behind the comedy was that it was meant to be ridiculous, and occassionally sound forced in a given context to add to the absurdity, but I don't think you got it.

Well the humor was meant to be ridiculous and appeal to certain tastes. Sorry you don't like long movies, some people do though.
Really needs some more work into it
To be honest, I don't mind poop jokes or dick jokes or what not, but this wasn't really entertaining. I was bored throughout the entire thing because half the jokes weren't that funny. I mean you went for cliche scat jokes, "black man in an anime" joke, and a cross dressing. Some of the voices weren't that appealing to listen while others weren't too bad. The writing could use some major improvements, especially in the jokes. I also think that some sound effects and music felt out of place. But I will say that it was smart of you to use Pokemon Sprites from Mystery Dungeon rather than the Gen 3 - Gen 5 sprites. The Pokemon aren't limited to just stand there and are able to move well.
Also, I think another video game other than Pokemon could've been parodied since we have too many Pokemon parodies as it is. Just saying.
