Reviews for "Paul & Percy"

I can't see why anyone could have a problem!

I enjoyed it a lot, there were some things that you had to figure out for yourself, which is most of what puzzle games are, you gave the basic instruction, and that was all that was needed. I find that the vertical split really gives it a unique quality that also may give a little bit of challenge, thankfully, though you adjusted the controls so that it wasn't too confusing. Overall, a great game, I love it, and I hope you keep up the good work!

pretty good

i admit its got a point. but whats the idea of making the game sideways

Good Game, but my Neck...

Great concept, and very creative, but my neck doesn't appreciate the repetitive side-to-side motion.

I really enjoy these type of puzzle games, especially with the rewind function! Nothing is worse than playing these type of flash games and having to redo a level because you made a little mistake, save that trouble for games with a save function. The levels were fun without being overly complicated, and again if I made a mistake it was only a matter of backing up a turn or two and fixing what went wrong.

Again, I really liked the game, but felt the only thing that held it back was the fact that the visual layout was vertical and on it's side with the ground in the middle (you try finding a way to describe that lol). It's different absolutely, but it's not practical. While being different is great, it needs to be user friendly, and it wasn't. You could have made it so pressing the space bar would rotate the game 180 degrees, and kept the game on a normal viewing level. Having half the map upside down would of been visually interesting enough, and made game play a lot better. As is, I just played until I got sick of tilting my head, not until I got tired of the game, which it should be.

Someone else said this, but I agree 100%. Why make the premise for the game that someone stole their biscuits? I can understand if you're British (Long live the Queen), and you really like biscuits, but it's just being silly for no reason. I'm sure you put a lot of time making this game, so unless you're trying to comment on the fact this project was easy to make and you don't really care about it, then give it a decent prologue. Your time and effort are worth a good story. There is an old Sega Genesis game called The Lost Vikings. It's a great game, has a good story, and one of the best things about it was that throughout the game the characters would talk to each other at the start of each level. Sometimes it was informative, but most of the time it was just random humor, and I think it would be great in a game like this. Two brothers talking about biscuits and tea, working together to finish levels. Banter is great, but they need to have a real reason as to why they put themselves in this situation.

Good game though, looking forward to the next one.

outstanding

sucha creative idea and sooooo much work pout into this! love it

looks like something that puzzle lover waited for

actually, i hate the most puzzle games.. because they looks all the same with all the same gameplay....
certainly some people could say it looks like lost vikings... but on the second look, it's something unique... something that puzzle gamer waited for... two awesome guys with suits and a fu**in mustache :D
