Well done, animator. I won't quibble with the art style, although it's not my favorite. The main thing to improve is pacing-there are long dead spaces in the soundtrack, far more than are necessary for comedic timing, or to give us time to see what's happening.
As for the story, it could use framing. Yes, it's random, but try and open with a wide shot: "Lexington/Concorde/Michelle Bachman's brain, c. 1771", or what have you.
And if you're going to take the time to depict period peg legs, why not period grenades? They did have them.
Anyway, Not 2/3 bad. It's the storyboarding and editing that will really polish it up.
