these kind of things always depress me...
... when someone with a significant amount of skill decides to waste their time with a fanfiction. I really wish you would have taken the time to use your abilities to develop a completely original idea rather than paste one onto nintendo's, but I digress.
On to the overall movie though, my major concern is the laughably terrible voice acting. I'm not even trying to be an asshole when I say "laughable", but if it's enough to actually make me grin it's best I don't sit here and sugar-coat it. At least get a few voice actors instead of voicing everything yourself.
You should invest a bit more into your writing and dialogue too.
I think you should try to pursue other projects. While something like this is constructive to your animation and drawing skills, it does little for your creativity. Your animation isn't bad. You're no professional, but no one here is. And to give credit where it's due, this is above and beyond a massive chunk of what's submitted here.
