Completely divorced from reality.
Anyone who follows neuroscience knows that scientists accept the existence of consciousness. They also have a reasonable explanation for it, as a metaphenomenon caused by the interaction of the parts of the brain. There is a massive body of evidence linking every type of mind activity known to our physical brains.
Pyramids are keys for allowing us to raise our consciousness? We're in the wrong circle/square, and so we're destroying ourselves? How do you know this crap? Ah, an 'ascended one' told you. How much weed did they smoke first?
Of course that 6-armed circle thing perfectly fits inside the bigger circle, you made the bigger circle by doubling the radius of the starting circle twice! You could do the exact same thing with any shape, be it triangles, rectangles, or freaking pentagons.
The Vitruvian man isn't a mystery, he was trying to draw a 100% anatomically correct picture of a human. Da Vinci wrote notes on it.
That poor boy born with 3 stranded DNA--not really, only one of his chromosomes has an extra arm--was also born with extreme physical disabilities. This illness is comparable to down syndrome, where a genetic mutation copies the 21st chromosome. You interpret a rare genetic disease with universal magical human evolution towards becoming crystalline beings? You are out of your damn mind.
It's true that only a fraction of our DNA codes for useful functions, but the rest isn't a mystery; for the most part, this 'junk' DNA is just broken copies of functional genes, transposable elements, and disabled viruses. How do we know? Because scientists have sequenced our genomes, and have analyzed and compared the strings of junk DNA. Here's something that might be useful:

Go learn how our genomes *really* work.
There is no evidence that humans are moving toward growing new strands to our DNA--indeed, such a structure isn't practically feasible, because the DNA wouldn't fold properly in a triple helix structure.
This video is full of absurdities presented as fact with no evidence, with distortions and outright lies about neuroscience and genetics, and nonsense in general. I seriously hope that the reason it hasn't been blammed is because people find it funny, not because they take this babbling seriously.
