Excellent Work!
I thought it was fantastic. With the exception of a handful of animations (such as the smoke at the very beginning), everything looked marvelous. I would SO watch this full motion comic, given the chance.
The whole thing kinda reminds me of something from Heavy Metal... minus the boobs.

I liked it a lot. At first i was going to rant about not being able to understand what was going on, but then i saw it was a trailer. You captured the essence of that very well, a bunch of highlights of something i hope to see more of someday. The art was great, the lighting was wonderful and i loved the character expressions.
