It's OK
The animation was pretty good but the story was kinda lame

stop humanizing animals like they would care. U know that thing would have killed her and ripped the bone from the corpse and done worse things to her
Pretty cute
It's a cute flash, but some things could be improved.
For instance, the animations and sounds. The music is perfect, fitting, cheerful, goes with the theme of the song. The graphics as well, though the dogs could do with some work.
Main issue for me is animation. It's not very smooth, somewhat choppy, and the walking animations look more like they're floating on the ground than walking. Tha backgrounds are neatly done, the cars move smoothly, but the dog animations need work.
The dog barkings, sure, it was kinda cute, but you really should've improved on the sound quality and sfx quality.

Yeah, I had no original sound bites or suitable sfx for the dog sounds I wanted to achieve, so I did it myself. I knew I wouldn't be able to make a natural sounding dog sfx so I deciding to add some humor to it. I have very little experience at frame by frame animation and walk cycles so this was my first attempt. It didn't help that my first attempt was on a quadruped. I appreciate your review and I have good knowledge now on what I need to work on. Thank you!

I don't know whether the assignment required you to use Photoshop to do all the frame drawings, but you could've just used flash, I'd have thought Ps would be a better alternative to make more artistically-appealing backgrounds than Illustrator.
Forgive me, but I find both the storyline and music cliche, the animation of animal movements is somewhat rigid, but it's nevertheless quite remarkable you did the whole thing without using conventional software.

Well, it's not conventional software for the average animation seen on newgrounds. I have a pet peeve with the drawing tools in Flash so I went with Photoshop for the frame by frame animation. Traditional animators often use software like Photoshop to scan in all of their drawings and then go through inking. There was a lot of experimentation in this video and I could not be happier with the results. As for story and music, there isn't much I can really change. The whole point is to be cliche because that was what I was going for. If it makes you feel any better they rejected my first idea of war and violence because it wasn't school appropriate :P. Thanks for the honest review!
