Umm, yeah...
The play button doesn't work, nor is there a play option when right clicking, so there's no way to play the movie. Which is unfortunate, because it actually looks interesting. Re-upload it with with a working play button, so it can actually be seen.

Therefore, I cannot rate this. But I must say, this was an interesting topic.
The play buttion was broken
so I couldn't even get the movie started to see if it was going to be good or not.
