it lagged for me a little bit but all and all sweet animation, i have a question how do u make the mouths move so perfectly?

Same as everything else really, added the key poses for the mouths, got the timing right, then did the inbetweening for it. Just made sure that there wasn't a huge amount of resizing and what not, that's what ruins the fluidity in such a fast movement
