is "factually a douche bag" i liked it and he's probably just messing around and trying to be a dick. If so he achieved it ha, but ya i liked this one along with the lil puppy! hes so cute :D
factually inaccurate
Pelicans could easily pick up a small dog like that, however they would just swallow it and dissolve it in it's stomach acids.
The pelican would find it very hard to fly so soon after eating such a meal and certainly wouldn't know where to bring the lost dog.
